Updated true keystroke parity between platforms

Hello players,
For a long time now, while RSGames has been cross-platform, there have been drastic mistakes in our code that still treated mac like windows, or linux like windows. I am happy to report with this change that as of today, if you are on a mac, you will see proper mac keyboard shortcuts throughout the client, windows will show its proper keystrokes, and Linux should also show its proper keystrokes for all key bindings on the platform. This also updates our quickhelp keystroke control+H for windows, COMMAND+H for mac from any game. This is a large step on updating code to prepare for some upcoming changes and I hope this helps you mac users. Going forward, if you notice any part of the platform shows a windows keystroke when you are on a mac, please report this to us, I updated 99% of the code to be fully cross platform, but with all games I am sure I missed one somewhere.
