The RS Games Client
The RS Games client is a revolutionary game client that allows people to play games against each other through a central server hosted by RS Games.
The program allows players to play multiple games. This means that when RS Games releases a new multiplayer title, you can easily start playing from the convenient client, without downloading any new software. Perhaps one of the coolest features of this new client is that it is cross-platform, that is, users of the macOS and iOS platforms can now enjoy RS Games Blackjack, RS Games Monopoly, RS Games Uno, RS Games Yahtzee, RS Games Cards against Humanity, and any future multiplayer titles we release.
To get started, download the client below and install it. Then, simply register a new account and select a game to start playing!
Features:

New Features in Current Version 2.3
- Native Apple Silicon (M-series) support on macOS. Intel Macs continue to work from the same download.
- Native Linux (x86_64) support returns. No Python install or system packages required.
- Windows ships as a proper installer again: run the .exe, get a Start menu shortcut, and a real uninstaller in Programs and Features.
- Better voice chat quality at lower bandwidth.
- New Audio Device Settings dialog (Ctrl+Alt+A): pick which microphone and playback device voice chat uses, test the mic level, save for future sessions.
- Voice chat now requires v2.3 or later. Older clients will see a prompt to update.
- Faster logins after the first pass: the client now remembers which sound files it has already verified. Sound downloads also recover from transient network errors.
- Security update: voice chat libraries updated to a newer supported version.
- Several bug fixes and performance improvements.

System Requirements
Windows
The RS Games client has been tested with Windows 10, and Windows 7. You must
install the Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft for the client to run.
The client supports the following screen readers/synthesizers:
- JAWS for Windows
- Window Eyes
- System Access and System Access to Go
- NVDA
- Dolphin Supernova Access
- Sapi 5
Linux
Tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04, x86_64. The download is a self-contained tar.gz — extract it anywhere, then run the
rsg executable inside. No system Python or extra packages required.
macOS
Tested on macOS 10.15 and up, including macOS 26 (Tahoe). Universal binary: one download runs natively on both Apple Silicon (M-series) and Intel Macs.
Installation: extract the ZIP and copy rsg.app to your Applications folder.
First launch (one-time security approval): because we do not yet sign the Mac build, macOS will show a security warning the first time you open it. This is expected. To approve the app:
- Double-click
rsg.app. macOS will say something like "rsg.app cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." Click Cancel (or Done).
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS) and go to Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the Security section. You will see a message about
rsg.app being blocked. Click Open Anyway.
- Confirm with your password or Touch ID when prompted.
- On subsequent launches, the app opens normally — you only need to do this once.
The first time you enable voice chat, macOS will also prompt for microphone access. Grant it if you want to use voice chat; you can change this later in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone.
iOS
As of July 27, 2016, RS Games is now available in the app store by searching for 'Blindfold RS Games.' The app is possible thanks to a partnership with
Marty Schultz from Blindfold Games. Compatibility: Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
